I was very impressed by the prompt response to a phone called made by me to your company a few weeks ago on a Friday afternoon. Terry arrived from the Chelmsford depot exactly as promised within the hour. He was professional, friendly, helpful and reassuring , as I was slightly hysterical at this point!! He explained the exact procedures he would be following in order to solve my rat problems. Each time he visited he phoned ahead to check the timing was still OK. Today (hurray) he has taken away the bait boxes and hopefully there will be no revisits(either from the rats or Terry- no offense meant but a revisit means a problem!!). Please pass on my thanks for a job well done.”

Had flea treatment yesterday morning , but my son has picked a live flea off his ear from the front room floor and has been bitten again this evening . I'm sure you can understand as it was an expensive treatment I expected the fleas to be killed. My cats have been treated , and have followed the guide lines you suggested . If you can get back to me it would be appreciated”
